While attending school in Detroit, I felt a strong sense of community that many other cities often lacked. This inspired me to research food access in local neighborhoods. Upon discovering how limited access was for residents, my classmate and I decided to create a community outreach program with an incentive for giving back.

Our program aims to provide food to residents, allowing donations in the form of canned goods, pantry-safe items, or cash contributions. Donors who contribute at least $5 worth will receive a "giveback can" filled with our branded swag and/or prizes. Additionally, our tiered prize system encourages larger donations! Essentially, it's a revamped can drive, but way better looking and a lot more fun for everyone involved!
